Week 6: Putting It All Together & Developing a Behavioral Strategy

Now that we know quite a bit about how to motivate and reward people, it's important to create a strategy so that these efforts are oriented in the right direction. After all, it doesn't matter if you get people to do something that isn't actually effective.

In this lesson, we'll explore the basics of leading an outcomes-oriented approach with an iterative, behavioral process. While it's not possible to cover everything in such a short format, this will hopefully give you the proverbial 80/20 on injecting behavioral science into your broader strategy, regardless of what type of organization you're in.

After this one, you'll have all the dots connected and be well on your way toward doing consistently great behavioral work. Let's get going!
